Terms and Conditions — 92pkr Platform Rules

1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 92pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the 92pkr website, mobile application or services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

92pkr provides online gaming services including Live Casino, Slot Games, Casino Games, Fish Games and associated features including the VIP Programme. All services are intended for entertainment purposes for eligible adult users.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing 92pkr from Pakistan. Any translation provided elsewhere is for convenience only — the English version takes precedence in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

92pkr reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

To use 92pkr services, you must register an account. The following conditions apply:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 92pkr takes underage gaming seriously — any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, IP address or household — are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. False information, including a false name, date of birth or contact details, is grounds for permanent account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. 92pkr cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login information.
• Account registration and use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Using the platform on behalf of another person, or operating an account as a proxy for a third party, is strictly prohibited.
• 92pkr reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92pkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In rare cases of network delay, please allow up to 15 minutes before contacting support.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large transactions may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure.
• Withdrawal processing speed is linked to your VIP tier. Standard accounts can expect processing within 24 hours. Gold tier players receive same-day processing. Diamond tier players receive priority processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 92pkr does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account for their applicable fees.
• Any withdrawal request where the associated account has not completed identity verification may be placed on hold until documentation is provided.
• Funds deposited via one method cannot be withdrawn via a different method unless the original method is no longer active. In such cases, supporting documentation will be required.

4Bonuses and Promotions

92pkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. When both are present in your account, real money is used first for bets unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR. The value of a bonus cannot be transferred to another player or exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are intended for one use per player, per household, per device and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in cancellation of the bonus and potential account suspension.
• 92pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have met its wagering requirement, any bonus balance will be removed but your real money balance will remain intact.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, Live Casino games may contribute at a different rate than Slot Games. The contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Cashback offers — including VIP weekly cashback — are calculated on net losses only (total losses minus total wins) during the qualifying period. Cashback is credited as real money unless stated otherwise and carries no wagering requirement.
• Event-specific promotions, such as PSL or T20 season offers, are subject to their own terms which will be published on the platform at the time of the event.

5VIP Programme

The 92pkr VIP Programme rewards players for consistent activity on the platform. Tier progression is based on monthly wagering totals across all game categories — Live Casino, Slot Games, Casino, and Fish Games all contribute equally.

• VIP tiers are reviewed on a monthly basis. Progression to a higher tier becomes effective at the start of the following calendar month once the wagering threshold has been met.
• Tier downgrade may occur if monthly wagering falls below the minimum threshold for your current tier over two consecutive months. You will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• Weekly cashback is one of the core VIP benefits. It is calculated every Sunday at midnight and credited to your account every Monday morning. Cashback percentage increases with each tier level.
• Other VIP benefits — including withdrawal speed, deposit limits, dedicated support and event invitations — are outlined in the VIP section of the platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and apply solely to the registered account holder.
• 92pkr reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits and the structure of the programme at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players with a minimum of 14 days notice where practicable.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 92pkr use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics operated by accredited game providers. The following fair play rules apply to all players:

• Players must not exploit software errors, glitches or unintended game mechanics. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software fault may be voided and the incident reported.
• Collusion between players — including sharing hole cards, coordinating bets or communicating game information in real time — is strictly prohibited across all game types including Live Casino tables.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software that interfaces with the 92pkr platform without authorisation is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Game outcomes in RNG-based games are determined by the game engine at the point the round begins. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the system will resolve the round according to the outcome at the point of disconnection. 92pkr is not liable for losses caused by the player's own connectivity issues.
• Any suspected abuse of game mechanics or circumvention of game rules will be investigated. During investigation, the affected account may be temporarily restricted. Findings will be communicated to the player upon conclusion of the review.

7Account Suspension and Closure

92pkr reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions, including age misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, collusion or use of automated tools.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers relating to deposits made to 92pkr without a valid basis.
• Player-requested self-exclusion via the responsible gaming tools in account settings.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded, unless the balance is subject to legal hold.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting 92pkr support. Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal within the standard timeframe for your VIP tier.

8Privacy and Data

92pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that document.

• Personal data collected includes registration details, payment information, device identifiers and gameplay activity. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud and improve the platform.
• 92pkr does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed through secure, encrypted channels. 92pkr does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet PINs.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data held about you, or to request its deletion, subject to legal and regulatory obligations that may require us to retain certain records.

9Responsible Gaming

92pkr is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. The platform is designed for entertainment only — it is not a source of income and should not be treated as one.

• All players must be at least 18 years of age. We ask players to be mindful of others in their household who may be under 18, and to use device-level parental controls where appropriate.
• Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent — is available to any player who feels they need a break from the platform. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10Amendments and Governing Terms

92pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of 92pkr following any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to any amendment, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and 92pkr in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements, whether written or verbal.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
